FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: When can I purchase tickets  for HBB?
A: Go to the ticket info page for information.

Q: What is the order of the entertainment lineup?
A: See music.

Q: What can we bring?
A: Allowed items: Chairs, water, blankets, coolers, BYOB.
A: Not allowed: Glass bottles, pets or firearms.

Q: Do I have to be 21 to enjoy HBB? 
A: No,  you don't have to be 21 to come to HBB, whether you are  a concert- goer or a team member.

Q: Can teams bring alcohol on Friday?
A: Yes. Its BYOB. Only beer will be allowed in. The beer must be canned and brought in under your own power. Carts, wagons, and dolleys can be used. Absolutely NO glass.

Q: When do the gates open and close. 
A: Gates open at 11:00am on Saturday and close at 11 pm .

Q: Where do we enter to park?
A: Parking entrance is located between Exit #73 and Exit #74 on the north side of Interstate 40.  HBB signs will direct you to the entrance.

Q: I have all these beverages and my ice has melted what ever will I do?
A: There will be ice for sale near the sponsors tent for $4.

Q: I am on a cook team, can I park my vehicle at my site?
A: You may have one vehicle in the cook area per team. (A motor home or camper counts as your vehicle) There will be a separate parking area for the cook teams. For more information contact Dana Sandoval at sandovald@amarilloelectric.com.
 
Q: Can I bring a pop up tent?
A: Yes, they are allowed to be set-up behind the sound board.  In order to ensure that our sound engineer and audience has a clear line of sight, they are not allowed to be set-up in front of the sound board
